A defunct university that is now the facility for the numerous labs that the ERD has placed in every universe and plane imaginable. They have bracnhes that stretched from Pluto (who is still a planet, fuck NASA) to Atlantis to Biringan City. It was built in 1555 by a Spanish friar who was eventually replaced by a Filipino general after reports of abuse. The university stood strong until 2022. It was said that the old head of the school went against one of the running presidents at that time and criticized their platforms and their bloody past. He was gunned down including his staff a few days later 10 kilometers from their main campus in Tondo, Manila. The university was shut down and laid dormant until Red bought all the locations and turned them into laboratories, testing centers, research facilities, and observatories. They even used them to capitalize off of people's interest in the unknown. They earn atleast 10B pesos every year from tourism.
